个人简介
谭小丽,女,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师。2020年毕业于华南农业大学,获农学博士学位;同年7月入职于澳门沙金网站js500生物与食品工程系。
主要从事果蔬采后生物学方面研究:包括果蔬采后防腐保鲜处理剂的筛选与开发;保鲜处理对采后果蔬品质、衰老和抗性的调控及其调控的分子机制;褪黑素调控采后辣椒冷害的分子机制等方面的研究工作。以第一作者身份在Journal of Pineal Research(Q1,top期刊,IF=15.221)、Food Research International(Q1,4.972)、Horticulture Research(Q1,top期刊,IF=4.443)、Postharvest Biology and Technology(1区,top期刊,IF=4.303)等期刊发表高水平学术论文10篇,作为共同作者在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、International Journal of Molecular Science、Biochimica et Biophysica Acta-Gene Regulatory Mechanisms等期刊发表学术论文20余篇。
